For two decades, Will McIntosh advised business executives around the world in solving complex organizational performance problems — now he coaches people to perform their best on the golf course. As a TPI Golf Level 3 Certified PGA Professional working towards Power Level 3 Certification, Will combines executive problem-solving, clear communication, and advanced golf expertise to deliver results that matter most for beginners, experienced golfers, and aspiring juniors alike — lower scores and more fun on the course.
Will McIntosh Golf is five-star rated on Google and Facebook. Will gets to live out his passion for positively impacting people’s lives through better golf. His broad range of clients include highly competitive amateurs (USGA, GAP), former Olympians, professional and Division I-III athletes, martial arts black belts, countless country club golfers, and even some Hollywood celebrities. Will specializes in:
- Bringing along total beginners to eventually break 100—or even 90 or better
- Guiding experienced golfers to single-digit handicaps and breaking 80
- Preparing juniors for competition including their high school teams and beyond
Will is a TPI Golf Level 3 and Power Level 2 Certified (Titleist Performance Institute) PGA Associate (PGA.Coach), and a former management consultant and MBA. He brings a truly rare combination of skills and experience to his clients, including a strong understanding of the TPI “body-swing connection,” plus keen abilities to perceive, diagnose, problem solve, and communicate — skills he now applies to coach people to play more confidently and have more fun. Will prefers to build on what is working rather than overhaul a person’s swing, making sure to align with each golfer’s unique situation and objectives. He places priority on impact, ball flight laws, and functionality over preferences and aesthetics. Using relatable, “every day activities,” Will simplifies complex concepts in a way that clients repeatedly testify makes the golf swing and playing the game easier to understand and apply. Will emphasizes long-term skill development to produce more lasting outcomes rather than relying on quick fixes, coaching his clients on aspects such as:

- Short game skills and scoring strategies

Based out of Valley View Golf, a 9-hole Exec Course and full practice facility in Delaware County, Will has taught thousands of students locally, nationally, and internationally, coaching both in-person and online. He also serves as a lead PGA instructor and preferred golf professional for selected indoor facilities (see below), using best-of-breed simulators and off-season training to accelerate development. Will has studied with some of the world’s best instructors from Golf Digest/Golf Magazine Top 100 lists, including PGA Teacher of the Year award winners, the world-class coaches at the Titleist Performance Institute, and he has received personal, one-on-one instruction from numerous PGA Tour and LPGA Tour coaches. His online academy offers Masterclasses in fundamentals and core drills, plus online journaling tools to complement and accelerate in-person coaching.
Will currently serves as Special Adviser for competitive junior golfers, including Florida State and U.S. Kids Golf national qualifiers, preparing many juniors for competitive play. Will is also experienced with golfers with special needs, and is PGA Hope certified, as well as a proud volunteer for the Mid-Atlantic Blind Golfers Association.

Previously, Will served as an adjunct faculty member at Temple University in the Department of Kinesiology and he was also an Asst. Golf Professional at the Berkshire CC which earned its first Platinum Club of America during Will’s tenure there when he was mainly responsible for the junior golf program and the Ladies 9-hole League.
